​All services are appointment only so we can best serve our customers.  Late, No-Show, Cancellation and Reschedule Fees will apply if not within our policy. 

 

​24-hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule is required to avoid being charged a fee.

Groupon customers must contact the corporate office 24-hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule. 

 

Digital paperwork completed in its entirety is required before we can render treatment/services and should be completed before your scheduled appointment online. Credit Card on file is required for approval of all appointments.
